They are looking to hire a Talent Partner to work closely with existing clients and lead the search for exceptional engineering talent.

The companies you will support are building complex systems across robotics, AI, autonomy and advanced hardware. Your job is to understand what they are trying to achieve and then go out into the global talent market to find the people capable of delivering it.

What the role involves

• Managing relationships with a portfolio of existing AI and robotics clients, acting as their trusted hiring partner.
• Leading headhunting searches for high calibre engineering talent across robotics, AI, autonomy, perception, control systems and related fields.
• Speaking with engineers, researchers and technical specialists across global technology hubs and research communities.
• Identifying exceptional candidates who are rarely actively looking and engaging them in meaningful conversations about their next move.
• Running full recruitment processes from first approach through to offer negotiation and successful placement.
• Developing a deep understanding of each client’s technology, team structure and hiring roadmap so you can represent them credibly in the market.
• Building long term relationships with engineers and researchers who may become future hires for your clients.

This role suits someone who enjoys operating in a highly technical environment where curiosity matters. You do not need to be an engineer yourself, but you should enjoy learning about complex technology and speaking with smart people.
