We are seeking an experienced contract recruitment leader to build and lead our Data Centre practice.
This is not a traditional recruitment management role.
This is an opportunity to create, scale and ultimately own a significant part of a highly established recruitment business with an existing global reputation across the buy-side, AI, machine learning, robotics and technology sectors.
The platform is already built.
The infrastructure, brand, systems, leadership support and investment are already in place.
What is missing is an exceptional individual with the expertise, network and ambition to establish a market-leading Data Centre contract division.
The Opportunity
As Founding Director, you will have full responsibility for launching and scaling our Data Centre contract recruitment business.
You will operate with genuine autonomy while benefiting from the backing of an established and profitable recruitment group.
From day one, you will receive:
Up to £100,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission structure

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a specialist Data Centre contract recruitment practice
- Generate new client relationships across hyperscale, colocation, mission-critical and infrastructure markets
- Develop long-term contractor networks across EMEA and international markets
- Lead business development strategy and revenue growth
- Hire, mentor and develop a high-performing team
- Create a scalable division capable of becoming a significant standalone business unit
- Work closely with senior leadership on long-term growth strategy and expansion plans
Experience needed for this role
You are likely to be:
- An experienced contract recruiter within the Data Centre market
- Currently billing at a high level and recognised within your niche
- Entrepreneurial in mindset
- Frustrated by corporate limitations or restrictive commission structures
- Interested in building something meaningful rather than simply maintaining an existing desk
- Ambitious enough to lead a business unit with genuine ownership potential
You will ideally have:
- A strong network across Data Centre contractors and clients
- A proven track record of contract revenue generation
- Experience building teams or mentoring consultants
- The credibility to operate at Director level with clients and candidates alike
