The Role

You’ll sit at the core of every mandate.

This isn’t a support function. You’re the one building the intelligence that drives the search.

Day to day looks like:

Deep market mapping across fixed income sales and trading verticals
Identifying and qualifying top-tier talent globally
Supporting retained search delivery end-to-end
Producing insight-led research for client projects
Working directly with consultants on live mandates
