Power and commodities trading
Quantitative research and analytics
Energy data and technology
Front office and strategic hires
The role blends high-level execution with leadership. You’ll still be close to the market, but your real value comes from shaping direction, building relationships, and scaling a team around you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Owning and growing a global energy trading vertical
Developing senior relationships with trading firms, utilities, funds and tech-led energy businesses
Leading strategic searches across trading, quant, analytics and data functions
Building and mentoring a team beneath you over time
Positioning the business as a go-to partner for high-impact hires
Driving revenue, but through quality, not just volume
You’ll have the freedom to build this properly. No boxed-in structure.

Experience working on roles across trading, analytics, or quant-driven environments
