A high-performing specialist consultancy based in the City of London is seeking a Client Partner to lead growth across its Change, Transformation and Technology offering.

This is a pure client-facing commercial role focused on winning new business, developing strategic relationships and generating revenue across consulting services and staff augmentation solutions.

The business has an established footprint within financial services and works with a range of clients including investment management, wealth management, hedge funds, capital markets and broader institutional markets.

The Opportunity

This is a senior hire for someone who can engage decision-makers, understand business problems quickly and convert those challenges into consulting mandates.

You will be responsible for selling a broad range of services across transformation, operating model change, technology strategy, delivery support and specialist resource solutions.

Alongside consulting engagements, you will also identify and secure staff augmentation opportunities linked to change and technology programmes.

You will be selling solutions across areas such as:

* Change & Transformation Advisory
* Technology Strategy
* Target Operating Model Design
* Process Improvement
* Data & Systems Change
* Programme Delivery
* Implementations & Migrations
* PMO / Project Services
* Business Analysis
* Testing & Change Readiness
* Interim Change & Technology Talent
* Specialist Project Resource

Key Responsibilities

* Develop senior relationships across financial services institutions
* Generate new consulting opportunities across change and technology
* Identify client pain points and position relevant solutions
* Win retained / project-based consulting work
* Sell staff augmentation mandates arising from transformation demand
* Manage full sales cycle from origination through close
* Build strategic accounts and grow repeat revenue
* Partner internally with delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
* Maintain strong market intelligence across client sectors

What They Are Looking For

* Proven track record in consulting sales, solutions sales or professional services
* Existing network within financial services highly advantageous
* Experience selling into COO, CIO, CTO, Transformation or Change leaders
* Strong commercial instincts with credible client presence
* Ability to sell both advisory solutions and resource-based offerings
* Self-sufficient, driven and comfortable leading conversations at senior level
