Key Duties 

- Creating and advancing strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base

- Creating strong and effective client relationships 

- Working closely with the marketing and operations team to implement sales strategies

- Owning and exceeding sales targets within assigned practices 

- Driving growth across the organisation and designing effective hiring plans as well as executing them 

- Working with other areas of the business to develop marketing materials and marketing opportunities 

- Understanding market trends and identifying new build out opportunities

Salary 

£95,000 - £150,000 DOE

 

Bonus
